Roulette
Strategy and Tips
Tips:
- Single zeros roulette with house
advantage of 2.70% is much better then double zero roulette(5.26%) which is
not considered a best bet.
- Always makes a series of predetermined
bets rather than betting "all over the table"; be consistent in
your betting system.
- Determine how many units you will
reasonably be satisfied with winning. If you reach your goal, consider
yourself lucky and cash in. Select a stop-loss point and stick with it.
Not recommend: The Martingale is probably the most
popular strategy in roulette. Your objective is to win 1 unit. This system has
you increasing your wager after a loss and you continue to increase your bets
until you finally do win. At that point, you begin the progression all over
again.
If roulette were a fair game, you wouldn't get hurt
in the long run. Statistically (double zero roulette), for a five times betting
in a row (5, 10. 20, 40, 80). Your net loss average over a 32 cycle
is $46.84. If you raise bet to $160 after 5 straight losses, your net
losses will increase to $58.11 every 32 cycles on average.
If you must play a Martingale-type system,
do so as follows:
- Wait for a particular group to be
absent for 6 to 8 spins before running a progression.
- When you do encounter this situation,
run a progression 3 or 4 bets at the most on this group. If you lose the
progression, you may quit or begin a new cycle.
